With all the noise of this week, remember to take a minute to take a breath and listen to your inner voice. To help with this, Innergy Meditation is hosting a pop-up this week from Dec 1 - 4.

In advance of Innergy Meditation’s new studio opening in Miami Beach late December, the company will host a pop-up studio at Mondrian South Beach during Art Basel, featuring various teachers and techniques of guided meditation.

For 30 minutes, locals and visitors can start their day with mindfulness in group classes held every morning at 9 a.m. from Thursday, Dec. 1st through Sunday, Dec. 4th. These 30-minute meditation sit-ins are free and open to the public. RSVP to the meditation by emailing rsvp@innergymeditation.com
