SEA OF LOVE

In celebration of National Tequila Day Marion presents Sea of Love, a sweet and savory concoction of Avion Tequila, Yuzu and Volcanic Salt.

Ingredients | Serves 1

Avion Tequila
Pineapple-infused Aperol Yuzu Juice
Egg Emulsion
Volcanic Salt
Pineapple Slice

1. Combine tequila and yuzu juice in a shaker.
2. Pour into a chilled glass and add egg emulsion.
3. Garnish with volcanic salt and pineapple slice.
