Celebrate Halloween with the world premiere screening of a dual presentation of Dracula presented by Miami Beach Cinematheque and Obsolete Media Miami.

In 1931 Universal Studios produced two versions of the classic tale of Dracula, one in English and one in Spanish, on the same set with two different directors and casts. There are differing opinions of each version - the Spanish version is noticeably longer yet favored for its use of music and varied use of the set.

OMM's Barron Sherer has mixed the soundtracks so that for one night, audiences can watch the two films simultaneously and determine which is the leading film.

Dracula is directed by Tod Browning and stars Bela Lugosi as Dracula. Drácula is directed by George Melford and Enrique Tovar Ávalos. Carlos Villarias stars as Conde Drácula.
